Hodgepodge of things

1. The semester is almost over! We both finished our last finals, and Jeff has one more class he needs to attend today. We just have to work a little and then we can start celebrating our Christmas season to our hearts' fullest content. Right now, after the stress of the past few weeks of last classes and tests, this is all we want to do...

I must say though...we had some pretty tremendous tender mercies that got us through these past weeks successfully. The Lord truly puts forth His hand and helps you always!

2. I lost HUNDREDS of pictures and videos due to a laptop malfunction. I am still quite distraught about it...but what can you do? I learned the hard way not to procrastinate putting all of your things on an external hard drive for safekeeping. I was mostly sad about losing about nine-tenths of the pictures we took at Hill Cumorah. Soooo sad! But, another tender mercy here: Jeff was checking his jump drive and found a few more pictures from Pageant that he had saved on it to make a slide show for a fireside we were in with the Wrights! Yay! I love him!

3. We went to Lagoon on Halloween for FREE!!! Thanks for the tickets, PawPaw! (All we had to pay for was $2 for a locker! We didn't even pay for gas!)

4. Jeff went hunting with his brother-in-law. Luckily (for me) they didn't shoot anything. (Whew!)

5. I found this little gem when I was searching my other memory card to see what pictures we still had on it. Ha ha ha! Jeff was sorry for doing something...I don't remember what...and made this mask of shame. Or shall we say, this "Mask of S-Zhame!"

6. We all love Noah so much! He's just so chubby, squishy, and cute! He loves modeling for us.

7. I am a master at making words out of pretzels!!!


8. I miss my oldest broski a lot. Derrick is so lucky that he gets to leave to visit Dano today!


9. Jeff was an Indian for Halloween. I was a tree that provided him cover from other attacks.

10. Derrick got a great massage from a massage chair...
